Training with Bodylab will be enjoyable, challenging and inspiring. We can focus on Balance and Stability, Flexibility, Strength and Power. So what ever your goals, sessions can be tailored to address them.
The idea is not to walk you around a gym and count, we can work indoors or outdoors using resistance bands, stability equipment and various weights. or no equipment at all.
Hopefully, this will guide you towards a lifestyle change, encouraging you exercise regularly. you will work hard and this will burn calories and have positive results on body weight / appearance.
Sessions can be individual or created for small group sessions
